AI consultancy that starts with a written report, not a pitch
Ask an AI assistant who to call for what you sell, and it names someone. Our AI consultancy starts with an AI Visibility Audit that shows whether it names you, and why not. It's a written report, $197 + GST, with no meeting to sit through.

AI usually goes wrong in one of two ways
Two years ago, the question was whether AI was real. Now most businesses have opened an AI assistant and asked it something that mattered. When the answer comes back weak, it's usually for one of two reasons.
The first is the wrong tool. A free, general assistant gets asked to do a job that a purpose-built tool does properly.
The second is the right tool, asked badly. One sentence, no context, no examples, and then the whole field gets judged on that answer. Asking well means giving the assistant the job, who it's for, what good looks like and an example.
From the inside, those two look the same. Both end with “we tried AI, it's not for us”. That conclusion is usually wrong about the technology and right about the setup.
Why doesn't ChatGPT recommend my business?
To choose which businesses to name, an AI assistant reads what businesses publish about themselves: websites, listings and directories. It names the ones it can read clearly and skips the ones it can't. There's no alert for being left out of an answer.
Nothing looks broken. A site can be up, its rankings steady, and the phone still working. The reasons are usually ordinary:
- your prices live inside an image
- your services are described in words nobody types
- your business details disagree between your website and your listings
- nowhere says plainly what you sell, who to, and what it costs
So it's the same failure twice. AI got picked up on the surface and never set up properly, once inside the business and once in front of it.
Start with the AI Visibility Audit: $197 + GST
The AI Visibility Audit is a written report that checks both problems and tells you which one is costing you money, or whether both are. It's one fixed price, and the report has four parts.
- How AI assistants describe your business now. We quote the real answers to the questions a customer would type. That includes the answers where a competitor gets named instead of you.
- What stops them citing you. Being cited means an assistant names you in its answer. This part lists what on your website and listings keeps you out: clashing business details, prices that only exist as pictures, service pages that never say what the service is.
- Where your team is using AI wrong. Which jobs have the wrong tool pointed at them, and which have the right tool asked badly.
- What to do first, in order. Split into what you can fix yourself this week at no cost, and what needs paying for.
It's a document, not an appointment. You read it in your own time and forward it to whoever needs to see it. Then you decide what to do, with nobody in the room selling to you.
Worth knowing: the audit credit. If we go on to rebuild your website, the $197 comes off the build. We'd rather tell you that now than pretend the audit has no interest in where it leads. It usually points at the website, for the reason below.
The fine print: the credit applies to a website build started within 90 days of your report being sent. It comes off the first invoice if you buy outright, or off the deposit on a subscription. One credit per business. It doesn't apply to the AI programs below, and a second audit doesn't earn a second credit.
Why it usually comes back to the website
An AI assistant recommends a business by reading what that business says about itself. If the only clear description of what you do is a 2019 brochure PDF and a Facebook bio, there's nothing for it to read.
So the finding we expect most often isn't a clever prompt or a tool to buy. It's that the website itself is the limit. It was built to look right, not to be read by people or by machines.
That's fixable, and the price is published rather than quoted. Websites start from $2,000 + GST for five pages, from $3,000 + GST for unlimited pages, and from $4,000 + GST for ecommerce. Or pay from $79.99 + GST a month, with a deposit, on a first two-year term.
Who this is for, and who it isn't
It's for owner-run Australian businesses that are already trading and already have customers, roughly one to twenty staff.
It isn't for businesses hoping to replace staff with AI. It isn't for anyone who wants AI run for them while nothing else changes, or for pre-revenue startups after the cheapest option. If that's you, we'll say so before we take the $197.
We're Tim and Tanya, working remotely from Bororen in Central Queensland with businesses anywhere in Australia, Brisbane included. There's no office to drive to and no travel to pay for. The audit arrives as a document, and any work after it is done remotely.
What happens after the audit, if you go further
After the audit, every paid program works through the same four stages. Which stages you need depends on the program you choose.
- 01
Discover
We look at how the work gets done now
- Map where the hours go each week
- Find the repeat jobs: enquiries, data entry, first drafts
- Check the tools you already pay for
- 02
Design
We match each job to the right tool
- Choose a tool built for each job
- Write the context and examples each tool needs
- Set out the order, the cost and the timeline
- 03
Deploy
We set it up and train your team
- Set the tools up in your own accounts
- Train your team in plain language
- Test the output before anyone relies on it
- 04
Drive
We check it keeps doing the job
- Review what it produces each month
- Fix what drifts
- Find the next job worth handing over
How we use AI, and how we'll set it up
We use AI every day in our own work. These are the rules we follow, and the ones we'll set up for you.

Hand over the repetitive work
Enquiries, data entry and first drafts go first
These jobs follow a pattern, so a machine can do them to a standard you check. Your people get time back for work that needs a person. We don't set AI up to cut staff.

Teach AI how your business works
Generic instructions get generic answers
One sentence with no context gets a weak answer from any tool. We teach your team to give AI the job, the context and an example, then save it as a workflow they can repeat.
AI works best on a job you already care about
Tim built an AI skill that runs his barbecue cooks like a science experiment: change one thing, measure it against a baseline. He calls it the most useful thing he's built with AI. That's the pattern we look for in your business: a job you already do and care about, set up properly.

What people ask before they enquire
How much does an AI consultant cost?
With us, it starts at $197 + GST for a written audit.
The AI Visibility Audit is one fixed price, one report, and no meeting. Every engagement starts there.
After that: the AI Discovery Assessment is $997, over two weeks. The AI Implementation Program starts at $2,997, over three months. The AI Partnership Program is $595 a month, with no minimum term. All are plus GST.
If we go on to rebuild your website within 90 days of your report, the $197 comes off the build.
What does AI consulting actually do for a small business?
It gets you found by AI, and saves your team time.
The audit quotes what AI assistants say about your business now, shows what stops them citing you, and flags where your team is using AI wrong. It ends with what to do first, in order.
The paid programs go further. We find the repetitive work, such as enquiries and data entry, set AI up to handle it, and train your team to use it.
Will AI replace my staff?
No. We use AI to take repetitive work off them.
Enquiries, data entry and first drafts go to AI, so your people have time for the work that needs a person.
If cutting staff is the goal, we're not the right fit. We'll say so before we take the $197.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We explain everything in plain language.
The audit is a written report. Its last section lists what to do first, and says which fixes you can do yourself at no cost.
In the paid programs, we set the tools up, then train your team to use them.
What happens to my business data?
The audit needs none of it.
It reads what public AI assistants already say about your business.
In paid work, we use business versions of AI tools, which don't train on your data. We work inside your own accounts where we can, and keep no copies once the job is done. If you want an NDA, we'll sign one.
Question not here? Ask it in your enquiry. Tanya answers in writing within one business day.
